- Exercise 1In this class, we'll explain your main goal with Acqualian®: to help your baby feel happy and safe in the water from a young age. A baby who enjoys playing with water creates a positive emotional relationship that will last a lifetime.1
- Exercise 2Using a kalimete (straw), we teach the baby to blow into the water. By imitating the sound or with the help of an adult, the child has fun controlling their breath.1
- Exercise 3Place floating toys near the baby for him to pick up. This can be done in the bathtub, pool, or beach. The goal is to move his arms with direction and purpose.1
- Exercise 4Encourage the baby to move independently through the water to where mom or dad is. This can be done by walking along the edge, stepping down a step, or wading through the water up to the belly button and gradually deeper. The goal is to foster progressive autonomy and confidence in the aquatic environment.1
- Exercise 5Throw a floating object or toy into the water and encourage your baby to move to retrieve it. This activity encourages spontaneous movement and strengthens coordination.1
- Exercise 6With adult help, the baby jumps from the edge or their arms into the water. This exercise builds confidence and anticipates the moment of immersion.1
- Exercise 7This exercise combines a brief immersion with movement. The baby dives, guided by a previous gesture, and moves underwater for a few seconds.1
- Exercise 8The baby moves happily through the water, floating or moving with minimal assistance, without fear or tension. The goal is to have fun like a real little fish.1
